Very Useful Online Classes Apps

Google Meet: 

Google Meet is a video conferencing and online meeting tool developed by Google. It allows users to host and join video calls from anywhere with an internet connection, making it a popular tool for remote work, distance learning, and virtual events.

Sign in to your Google account and navigate to Google Meet.

Create a new meeting by clicking on "New meeting" or join an existing meeting by entering the meeting code provided by the host.

Set up your audio and video settings by selecting your microphone and camera preferences.

Invite others to join the meeting by sharing the meeting link or code with them.

Start the meeting and collaborate with others by sharing your screen, presenting slides, or using the chat and whiteboard features.

End the meeting when you're finished by clicking on "End call".

File sharing - Microsoft Teams allows team members to share files and collaborate on documents in real-time, with features such as co-authoring and version control.

Integration - Microsoft Teams integrates with other Microsoft apps and services, such as OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365, making it easy to access and collaborate on files and information.

Share your files with others by selecting the file or folder you want to share, clicking on the "Share" button, and entering the email addresses of the people you want to share with.

Access your files from any device with internet access by logging in to your Google account and navigating to Google Drive.
